We’re sorry to see you go! If you still wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Sign In: Log in to your account using your username and password.
2. Navigate to Account Settings: Go to the “Account Settings” section in the app.
3. Download Your Data: Before deleting your account, you can download your data using our Data Takeout feature. This ensures you have a copy of your information. 
4. Select Delete Account: Find and click on the “Delete Account” option.
5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Please read the message carefully.
6. Provide Feedback (Optional): Let us know why you’re leaving. Your feedback helps us improve.
7. Final Confirmation: Click “Yes, delete my account” to permanently delete your account.

•  Data Deletion: Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

• Google Play Store & Apple App Store Compliance: This process adheres to the requirements set by both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our users.
