We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the policies outlined below.
1. General Return Guidelines
- Return Window: We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, confirmation email, or packing slip, is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards, digital products, personalized or custom-made items, items on final clearance.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@polinc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will reply with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Shipping and Handling Fees
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [e.g., 5-7 business days] to your original method of payment.
- Refund Confirmation: You will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your return request email, please specify the item and size/color you would like in exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will notify you if the requested item is out of stock.
